These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from LuxeWood Lights through our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Our Products
Our lamps and lighting products are individually handcrafted from natural wood. Because of the nature of the materials used, variations in grain, colour, shape, knots, cracks and texture are normal and form part of the unique character of each piece.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your delivery address and contact details, is accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, a refund will be issued.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is dispatched. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Handmade & Bespoke Products
Some products may be made specifically to a customer's requirements or personalised.
Bespoke or clearly personalised products may not qualify for the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Delivery
Delivery information, estimated processing times and applicable delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Product Safety & Installation
Lighting products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied.
Where electrical installation by a qualified person is required, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is installed safely and appropriately.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with the operation or security of the store.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, product designs, descriptions, branding and other original content appearing on the LuxeWood Lights website belong to LuxeWood Lights and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
