UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom. Orders are carefully packaged to protect our handcrafted wooden lamps during transport.
Processing Time
Our lamps are individually handcrafted and prepared with care. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after your order is placed.
For made-to-order or bespoke pieces, preparation may take longer. We will provide an estimated timescale when confirming your order.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, UK orders will typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on the courier and destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Costs
Standard UK delivery is free.
Any additional delivery options or charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Large & Heavy Lamps
Some of our handcrafted floor lamps are large and heavy. These items may require a specialist or alternative courier service. We will contact you if any special delivery arrangements are required.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel and lamp as soon as possible after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@luxewoodlights.com and include photographs of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.
